My coaching approach focuses on helping individuals discover their own happiness and live a life rich with purpose and positive energy. Your unique insights, experiences, and dreams are invaluable. Imagine a situation where your work feels more like a rewarding journey rather than just a task.

In 1997, I began an exciting journey to enhance my education, earning a Distinction in Certificate II in Accounting. This accomplishment was only the start, as I went on to complete various courses, including FLM512A Team Effectiveness, HR508A Manage Work Life Skills, and TAA 40104 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, along with many others.

In 2006, I qualified as a Steward/Clerk of the Course with Motorcycling Australia, where I discovered my passion for coaching during the sports psychology section of rider training. I still volunteer with my motorcycle club, sharing my love for the sport.

I have been a committed supporter of “Steven Walter Cancer Research” since 2001, I was fortunate enough to participate in their first charity ride around Australia in 2010.

In the process of revitalising my electrical contracting business, I often found myself deeply aware of the change I envisioned for the company and the relationships I sought to cultivate with my clients. By embedding the principles and values I hold dear into the organisation, I created a culture marked by resilience, enjoyment, and fulfilment. This journey illuminated the fact that my hands-on experience and knowledge could be a valuable asset for others, especially those in the trades.
